Welcome to Garage Gym 702. This site is dedicated to the functional fitness that we have fallen in love with. We want to train with you, sweat with you and share with you. This is a grass roots, from the garage floor up, pursuit of knowledge ,of varied fitness routines,of health ,of wellness and nutrition. Welcome to on demand fitness, we are the human experiment. Wendy Butler
An LEO for 6 years, Wendy is Crossfit Level 1 certified, and proudly Agatsu Kettlebell Lvl 1 certified and IKFSA Lvl 1 certified. Her passion for athletics began in earnest when she relocated from her native Ohio, to Las Vegas. Crossfit is how she prepares for the physical demands of her job. She believes that fitness may one day be the key she has to turn to keep safe and keep going home at night.
A life long athlete, Tamra played competitive softball, basketball and golf, finally settling on endurance cycling as a focus. Never a fan of training long-slow distances,the time and wear and tear on the body it takes she sought and tried on different training methods until she found her perfect fit, with Crossfit and Kettlebells. A coach of other cyclist for over a decade, she is Crossfit level one certified , Agatsu Kettlebell level one certified and IKFSA KB Sport certifies and holds certifications in Rowing and Nutrition as well as being a certified indoor cycling coach for Schwinn. She has a passion for wellness, nutrition and fitness and believes that you cannot have elite fitness without a sound nutritional base.
